Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Ocean Bubbles South mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. Ocean Bubbles South is a food ordering and delivery service operated by Ocean Bubbles South and developed by SerialTech Lab. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ocean Bubbles South.

• Account Creation

  To use certain features of the app, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You may register using your email address or through Google Sign-In.

• Account Security

  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Age Requirement

  You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the app.

• Account Accuracy

  You agree to keep your account information up-to-date, including your contact information and delivery addresses.

• Menu Availability

  Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any items.

• Order Accuracy

  You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order, including customizations, quantities, and delivery details before confirming your purchase.

• Order Confirmation

  An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation through the app. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Customizations

  Customization options (sugar levels, ice preferences, toppings) are provided as available. Additional charges may apply for certain customizations and add-ons.

• Pricing

  All prices are displayed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary and are subject to change.

• Payment Methods

  We accept various payment methods including BML Gateway, bank transfers, card payments on premises, and cash on delivery where available.

• Payment Authorization

  By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method. For failed payments, the order may be cancelled.

• Service Charges

  Orders may include service charges and delivery fees as displayed during checkout. All charges will be clearly shown before order confirmation.

• Delivery Areas

  Delivery services are available within our designated delivery zones. Orders outside these areas may not be accepted or may incur additional charges.

• Delivery Times

  Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, traffic, and order volume may affect delivery times.

• Delivery Address

  You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

• Order Receipt

  You or an authorized person must be available to receive the order at the delivery address. We may require verification for certain orders.

• Earning Points

  You earn loyalty points on eligible purchases as specified in the app. Points accumulation rates and eligible items may change at our discretion.

• Redeeming Points

  Accumulated points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders according to the redemption rates displayed in the app.

• Points Expiry

  Loyalty points may expire after a period of account inactivity. We will notify you before points expire where possible.

• Program Changes

  We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice to users.

• Order Cancellation

  Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

• Refund Policy

  Refunds may be issued for cancelled orders, incorrect items, or quality issues at our discretion. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Quality Issues

  If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with photos and details. We will investigate and resolve the issue.

• Processing Time

  Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

• Account Misuse

  Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using false information is prohibited.

• Fraudulent Activity

  Any fraudulent orders, payment fraud, or abuse of promotional offers will result in account termination and may be reported to authorities.

• System Interference

  Attempting to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the app's functionality or servers is strictly prohibited.

• Abusive Behavior

  Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior towards our staff, delivery personnel, or other users will not be tolerated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocean Bubbles South and SerialTech Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from consumed products - please check ingredients carefully.

The Ocean Bubbles South app, including its design, logos, content, and features, is owned by Ocean Bubbles South and developed by SerialTech Lab. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the application without prior written consent.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the app. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
